How does pickup work?
We coordinate pickup after confirming your booking. Most tours offer hotel or villa pickup within their listed area; extra-distance transfers are quoted before you commit.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your request is received immediately. A planner verifies availability and sends your final confirmation and payment instructions—normally within one business day.
Can I change or cancel a trip?
Yes. Open My trips with your booking reference to request a change. Cancellation terms vary by experience and are shown before payment.
Do you create private itineraries?
